X6142B heavy-duty universal knee-type milling machine is a general purpose machine which can be used in wide range. Mounted with face, cylindrical, side, bevel and formed milling cutters, the machine is suitable to process flat, inclinde suface, slots and gears on miscellaneous work pieces. Equipped with optional accessories, such as vertical milling head and dividing head, machine can be applicable to versatile processing. With high rigidity, accuracy and efficiency. It is an ideal machine tool for machining process, maintenance, instrument, die and moulds.
T type lead screw in three axis ensure convenient operation, reliable performance, and higher processing accuracy.
The movement directions is changed through mechanical clutch. Inside the feed gear box, mechanical cluth instead of magnetic cluth to protect machine parts and electric components and prolong lifetime.
