CNC machining center is a rate automation machine which is composed of mechanical equipment and numerical control system, and it is designed for processing complex parts. CNC machining center is one of the world's highest output and widely used CNC machine tools.
It has strong comprehensive processing ability. By one clamping of work piece, It can complete more processing content with high machining accuracy. Compared with ordinary equipment, the efficiency on the batch work piece with medium processing difficulty is 5-10 times higher. Moreover, it can complete processing jobs which ordinary equipment can't do, So it is more widely applied for single-piece processing with complex shapes and high precision requirements or multi-variety production of small and medium batch.

1. The processed work piece is complex with long technical process , which can eliminate human interference factors and guarantee high production efficiency and quality stability.
2. The whole process is centralized, with automatic tool changing device. By work piece one clamp it can complete the milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, tapping and other composite processing which require high precision.
3. For machining center with automatic exchange worktable, when one work piece is being processed, meanwhile the other worktable can realize the clamping of the work piece, thereby greatly reducing the auxiliary time and improving the processing efficiency.
4. The larger the tool magazine capacity, the wider the processing range, and the higher the degree of processing flexibility.
